Simulators bring world-class golf courses indoors
Disregard the sound of customers cranking golf balls against TV projector screens, and Bogies indoor golf center could easily be mistaken for a martini bar.
Open since November, this dimly lit lounge in Oswego brings world-class golf courses into a well-furnished, air-conditioned environment.
Using real balls and clubs, patches of different playing surfaces, electronic sensors and a high-definition video screen, Bogies' seven golf simulators combine the feel of playing golf with the graphics of almost 50 PGA venues.
